“Online Tools for Professional Development”
The session will focus on available tools for development, including certifications, social media channels, PLNs, and collaborative tools. It will also develop expectations and structures for personalized learning.
“TeacherSpeak: Communicating PD with your Faculty”
The session will focus on how to structure and deliver effective faculty professional development by understanding the needs of teachers for personalized learning.
“Rhizomatic Structures for School Professional Development”
The session will focus on the trend toward rhizomatic structures in organizations to create learning opportunities. By eliminating silos and encouraging communication and collaboration, schools can discover new learning and effective practices from within, utilizing the existing knowledge base to advance mission.
