Using a case study, this workshop will take participants through the steps necessary to fully articulate the school’s identity and, using that identity as a foundation, to analyze the school’s ability to fulfill its mission. Armed with this data, the next step will be to determine the actions that need to be taken to assure the sustainability of the school and its programs.
